Broadmeadow Student Service Club
We’re looking for enthusiastic 3rd, 4th and 5th graders who are interested in helping others through community service projects! Members of the Broadmeadow Student Service Club meet each Thursday after school from 2:45 to 3:45 for 5 consecutive weeks to select, research and implement their own service project with the help of parent and faculty volunteers. Previous projects have included: hosting birthday parties at homeless shelters, donating toys and games to the Newton Wellesley Hospital pediatric unit, decorating for Thanksgiving at the Walker School, performing a talent show at Wingate, working at Cradles to Crayons and so much more!!
There is one more session this year. The session has room for 20 students and will be filled on a first come, first served basis. The session dates are as follows:
SESSION 3: March 18th through April 15th
